Paul’s butchery was founded by Paul Lostia in 2009, with over 30 year of experiance in the meat industry, Paul prides himself on his traditional European and Australian style cuts of quality meats.
At Paul's Butchery we source our produce from the finest victorian suppliers, famous for their free range, hormone and bleach free chickens, and continue our partnership with quality local beef and lamb growers.
We support a number of local community groups including the Kinglake West CFA and Kinglake Ranges Childcare as well as a wide range of other local schools and charities.
Paul’s Butchery is accredited by AMIC(Australian Meat Industry Council), is certified under Prime Safe, and audited by internationally recognised certification body S.G.S.
